Cancellation policy
- Customers may cancel their bookings free of charge in advance of 24 hours before their booking.
- Deposits for cancelled bookings and non-refundable.
- In the event that Sutton Estate cancels your booking due to emergency, you will be issued a Gift Certificate credit.

Rebooking policy
- Bookings may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before booking time, free of charge.
- On-the-day reschedules may be organised at our staff's discretion, at a cost of $35 per booking. This can only be offered when our schedule allows.

Booking numbers
- Customers may amend the number of guests on their booking prior to 24 hours before their booked session.
- Customers may not change the number of guests on the day of booking, and no refund for a no-show will be given.

What should I wear?
- Wear something comfortable! We highly recommend enclosed shoes and weather-appropriate clothing for the season.
- Socks are required for the Smash Room.

Do we have a restaurant on site?
- Unfortunately we do not! We have a small range of snacks available for purchase on site, and cheese and lunch platters can be ordered ahead of time.

Activity capacity
- Escape Rooms 10 pax per hour
- Smash Room 12 pax per hour
- Axe Throwing 18 pax per hour
- Splatter Bus 10 pax per hour

Child-friendly activities?
- Our Chocolate Escape Room is aimed at a family audience and is appropriate for children of all ages.
- Our Splatter Bus caters for children aged 7+.
- Child-friendly axe throwing boards can be provided for children under 16 years, at the cost of $20 per child.

Intoxication
- Intoxicated participants will not be permitted to take part in bookings for safety reasons. It is the responsibility of the customers to ensure that they are not intoxicated on arrival at Sutton Estate.
- Our staff will uphold Responsible Service of Alcohol at all times.

Inappropriate behaviour
- We have a 'Two Strike' approach to inappropriate behaviour on site: customers will receive a warning from staff and then be refused service on the second occurrence of inappropriate conduct.
- Our staff will not tolerate abuse of any kind on site.

Spectators
- Due to our fire safety regulations, we will only permit two spectators per activity at any time.
- Additional people who are not taking part may wait outside on our picnic benches.

Do we take deposits?
- For bookings of 4 people or less, payment must be made in full when booking.
- Group bookings of 5 or more people may make a 50% deposit at time of booking and pay the remainder on the day.

Mixed groupings
- Escape Rooms do not have mixed bookings, you will be with your party only.
- Smash Room, Axe Throwing and Splatter Bus may have mixed bookings with other parties depending on numbers.

Do we allow pets?
- We do not currently allow customers to bring pets on site, as we have many animals of our own who make Sutton Estate their home!
- We can recommend local pet boarding facilities if required.
